Job Summary
To support public sector clients, the remote contract Workday Talent and Performance Consultant will lead full lifecycle implementations, facilitate design workshops, and optimize business processes for successful system adoption.
Key responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle Workday Talent and Performance implementations for public sector clients
- Facilitate interactive design workshops, requirements gathering, and technical demonstrations
- Configure business processes, security structures, and custom performance metrics within Workday
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing Workday Talent and Performance modules
- 5+ years of direct experience working on US government or public sector projects
- Active Workday Talent Management and Workday Performance Management Certifications
- US Citizenship (required for government project compliance)
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
