Workday Talent Management Lead
Job Summary
To guide the design, configuration, and implementation of core Workday applications, the remote contract Workday Talent & Recruiting Lead will manage functional and technical architecture for Workday Talent Management and Recruiting modules while serving as the main point of contact for system configurations and operational support.
Key responsibilities
- Lead functional and technical architecture, configuration, and build activities for Workday Talent Management and Recruiting modules
- Act as the lead point of contact for system configurations, business process updates, and operational support
- Maintain and optimize Workday HCM and Absence Management features to align with business requirements
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of dedicated expertise in Workday Talent Management
- 5+ years of hands-on technical configuration experience with Workday HCM and Workday Absence Management
- Strong ability to lead application design efforts and serve as the main liaison for system stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote 40-hour per week schedule
