Workday Talent & Recruiting Lead
Job Summary
Acting as the primary functional expert, the remote contract Workday Talent & Recruiting Lead will design, build, and configure high-impact Workday solutions while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance talent acquisition and management systems.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the functional architecture, build, and configuration of Workday Recruiting and Talent Management modules
- Translate HR business processes and recruitment workflows into effective system configurations
- Partner with technical teams to lead testing, deployment, and ongoing system integration updates
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on functional configuration experience in Workday Recruiting
- 5+ years of functional design and implementation experience in Workday Talent Management
- Strong consulting capabilities with a track record of leading Workday application enhancements
- Authorization to work in the United States (USC or GC preferred)
