Workday Technical Architect
Job Summary
To support business growth and operational efficiency, the full-time Workday Technical Architect will define the technical roadmap, oversee complex integrations, and lead security architecture while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and manage complex Workday integrations, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise reporting, analytics, and data architecture using Workday tools
- Provide technical leadership for tenant management, system upgrades, and large-scale Workday implementations
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of enterprise application experience, including 5+ years of hands-on Workday expertise
- Deep experience with Workday modules such as HCM, Recruiting, and Financials
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
- Strong expertise in Workday Security, Reporting, and enterprise-scale solution design
- Proven experience leading complex Workday integrations using various integration tools and technologies
