Workday Techno-Functional Consultant
Job Summary
To support HR operations, the remote Workday Techno-Functional Consultant will gather requirements, configure, and test Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into user stories and configurations for Workday modules
- Configure, test, and support Workday Time Tracking, Absence, and related HR systems, managing backlog items and Agile ceremonies
- Conduct various testing phases, validate integrations, and troubleshoot production issues while maintaining documentation
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Workday Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in absence management and timekeeping modules
- Proven experience in building workflows for time tracking and absence management in Workday
- Understanding of the impact of Time Tracking, Absence, and Benefits transactions on Payroll and downstream systems
- Experience in translating business requirements into detailed user stories and test cases
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or similar work-management platforms
