Job Summary

To support a dynamic team, the fully remote Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster will manage and resolve complex claims, ensuring effective communication with all parties involved while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims while applying analytical skills for informed decision-making
• Interact with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution throughout the claims process
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner, adhering to clients' and corporate policies and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years of related claims experience
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
