Job Summary
Supervising a small team of Workers Compensation Claims Adjusters, the fully remote Lead Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster will manage an individual caseload, ensure high-quality claims handling, and participate in hiring and training efforts to foster a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate a small Workers Compensation team while managing individual claims
- Utilize technology to enhance team efficiency and quality of service
- Communicate professionally with clients, carriers, and brokers to support claims processing
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on workers compensation claims adjusting experience, including lost-time/indemnity and litigation
- Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
- Knowledge of all team member related functions
