Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster will analyze and resolve complex workers compensation claims while ensuring effective communication with all parties involved and providing exceptional customer service to claimants.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims using analytical skills
- Interact extensively with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of claims
- Document and communicate claim activity timely, supporting the outcomes of the claims process
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
- Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with claims and business software
