Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex claims while ensuring effective communication and exceptional customer service for claimants across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and plan appropriate actions to resolve claims effectively
• Interact with various stakeholders to facilitate communication and resolution throughout the claims process
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support claim outcomes

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active adjusters' licenses and/or certifications in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Proficiency with claims and business-related software
