Job Summary

Analyzing mid- and higher-level workers compensation claims, the full-time salaried Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster will determine benefits due, negotiate settlements, and communicate claim activity while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and gather information to resolve claims through well-developed action plans
• Negotiate settlement of claims within designated authority
• Communicate claim activity and processing with claimants and clients

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 4 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred
