Job Summary
Investigating and settling complex workers compensation claims, the fully remote Senior Subrogation Claims Adjuster will evaluate coverage, liability, and damages while managing a full caseload with minimal supervision.
Key responsibilities
- Investigates, evaluates, disposes, and settles complex claims with minimal supervision
- Determines coverage, liability, and damages while setting proper reserves and exercising judgment in claims exposure analysis
- Interacts with various parties in the claims process and communicates action plans to move cases to conclusion
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience handling lost time workers compensation subrogation and 3rd party negligence claims
- Experience in multi-jurisdictional claims
- High school diploma and 5 years related claims experience required
- Extensive knowledge of industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
