Job Summary
Applying extensive claims management experience, the fully remote Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster will analyze claims exposure, interact with various stakeholders, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims while making informed decisions
- Ensure effective communication and resolution by interacting extensively with all parties involved in the claims process
- Document and communicate claim activity timely, adhering to clients' and corporate policies and regulatory requirements
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
- Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
