Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster - PA, NJ, DE will manage and resolve complex lost time and indemnity claims while ensuring effective communication with all parties involved in the claims process.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze claims exposure and execute decision-making to appropriately resolve claims
- Interact extensively with claimants and clients to provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process
- Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the outcome of the claim file
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
- Active adjuster's license in Delaware
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
