Job Summary
To support a growing claims team, the fully remote Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster - IL Licensed will investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims while ensuring effective communication and exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.
Key responsibilities
- Apply claims management experience to analyze claims exposure and determine appropriate resolutions
- Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to facilitate effective communication and resolution
- Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support the outcome of the claim file
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
- Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
