Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster (MN Licensed) will investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers compensation claims, leveraging extensive claims management experience and ensuring effective communication with all parties involved.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze claims exposure and execute decision-making to appropriately resolve claims
- Interact with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution throughout the claims process
- Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner, supporting the outcome of the claim file
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 5 years of related claims experience
- Active adjuster's license in one or more relevant states, with a preference for MN
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with claims and business software
