Workers Compensation Claims Examiner

Job Summary

Analyzing workers compensation claims, the full-time salaried Claims Examiner I will adjudicate complex customer claims, negotiate settlements, and communicate with claimants and clients while working remotely in CO, AZ, or UT.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and process claims to ensure timely resolution through investigation and information gathering
• Negotiate settlements of claims within designated authority
• Communicate claim activity and processing updates to claimants and clients

Required qualifications

• 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred
• Knowledge of licensing/jurisdiction requirements in CO, AZ, and UT
