Analyzing and processing complex Workers Compensation claims, the full-time remote Workers Compensation Claims Examiner will determine benefits due for clients in NJ, PA, VA, and MA while ensuring adherence to service expectations and industry best practices.
Key responsibilities
- Investigating and gathering information to resolve claims through well-developed action plans
- Negotiating settlements of claims within designated authority
- Communicating claim activity and processing updates to claimants and clients
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of Workers Compensation regulations in NJ, PA, VA, and MA
