Workers Compensation Claims Examiner - MS Licensed

Job Summary

Analyzing workers compensation claims for clients across multiple jurisdictions, the full-time remote Workers Compensation Claims Examiner - MS Licensed will adjudicate complex claims, negotiate settlements, and communicate with claimants and clients to ensure timely resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzing and processing claims to determine benefits due through well-developed action plans
• Negotiating settlement of claims within designated authority and reporting to excess carriers
• Communicating claim activity and processing updates with claimants and clients

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Licensing in MS, AR, or a reciprocal state required
• Knowledge of jurisdictional requirements for MS, AR, AL, TN, GA, and KY
• Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred
