Workers Compensation Claims Representative

Job Summary

Analyzing Lost-Time claims for clients in Ohio and Indiana, the full-time Workers Compensation Claims Representative will adjudicate complex claims, negotiate settlements, and communicate effectively with claimants and clients, with the flexibility to work remotely if outside of commutable distance to Dublin, OH.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and gather information to determine exposure on claims, ensuring timely resolution
• Negotiate settlements of claims within designated authority
• Communicate claim activity and processing updates to claimants and clients

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Knowledge of Ohio and Indiana jurisdiction preferred
• Professional certification applicable to line of business preferred
• Licensing in Indiana preferred but not required
