Workers Compensation Claims Team Lead

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Workers Compensation Claims Team Lead will supervise multiple teams of examiners and technical staff, adjudicate complex claims, and provide training and direction, with the flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid schedule if within commutable distance to the Blue Ash, OH office.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzes and processes complex general liability claims, managing them through action plans to timely resolution
• Manages the litigation process and coordinates vendor referrals for additional investigation or litigation management
• Leads team meetings, assigns accountability, and provides performance feedback to colleagues

Required qualifications

• Six years of claims experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, with two years in a supervisory role preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
• Knowledge of workers' compensation jurisdictions, specifically CO & UT
• Home state licensing required
