Job Summary

Supervising multiple teams of claims examiners, the full-time Workers Compensation Claims Team Lead will adjudicate complex claims, provide technical direction, and ensure compliance with service expectations while working remotely across various jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support multiple teams of examiners, ensuring proper workload management and training
• Analyze and advise on trends and issues in claims, implementing process improvements and coordinating with management
• Conduct quality reviews of claims to ensure compliance with audit requirements and maintain client relationships

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Licenses as required for the jurisdictions serviced
• Two years of claims experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Professional certifications applicable to the line of business preferred
• Knowledge of workers compensation claims in DE, IL, LA, MO, NJ, OK, TN, and TX jurisdictions
