Workers Compensation Claims Trainee

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Workers Compensation Claims Trainee will engage in a 6-month paid, fully remote immersive learning experience, focusing on claims management, client service excellence, and hands-on application of knowledge in a simulated environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in structured learning through instructor-led sessions, online modules, and job shadowing focused on foundational insurance knowledge and claims operations
• Gradually take ownership of a portfolio of indemnity claims under supervision, applying training to real-world scenarios
• Engage in professional communication with clients and stakeholders to support empathetic and outcome-focused claims handling

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred
• 3.5 GPA or higher preferred; other candidates with proven experience will be considered
• Strong familiarity with M365 products (e.g., Outlook, Word, basic Excel and PPT)
• Adaptability to changes in procedures and technology
• Curious, learning-focused mindset with a problem-solving approach
