Workers Compensation Claims Trainee

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Workers Compensation Claims Trainee will engage in a 6-month paid, fully remote immersive learning experience, focusing on claims management and client service excellence while receiving mentorship and training in the workers' compensation field.

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in structured learning through instructor-led sessions, online modules, and job shadowing to build foundational knowledge in claims operations
• Shadow experienced claims professionals and gradually take ownership of indemnity claims, applying training to real-world scenarios
• Engage in professional communication with clients and stakeholders to support empathetic and effective claims handling

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred
• GPA of 3.5 or higher preferred; candidates with relevant experience may be considered
• Proficiency in M365 products, including Outlook, Word, and basic Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong adaptability to changes in procedures and technology
• Active listening and problem-solving mindset
