Job Summary
Overseeing regulatory compliance activities, the full-time Claims Compliance Analyst will manage compliance with Workers' Compensation statutes, review claim filings, and collaborate with state regulatory authorities in a fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce compliance with workers' compensation regulations and internal procedures
- Review and analyze claim filings to ensure timely and accurate submissions
- Develop and deliver compliance training and educational materials for claims staff
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 4+ years of commercial insurance claims experience, particularly in workers' compensation
- Strong working knowledge of workers' compensation regulations
- Experience in auditing, regulatory compliance, or compliance monitoring within the insurance industry preferred
