Analyzing Workers Compensation claims for clients in NJ and PA, the full-time Workers Compensation Examiner will adjudicate complex customer claims, negotiate settlements, and communicate claim activity while enjoying a flexible work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and process claims to achieve timely resolutions through investigation and information gathering
- Negotiate settlements of claims within designated authority
- Communicate claim activity and processing updates to claimants and clients
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Knowledge of Workers Compensation regulations in NJ and PA
