Job Summary
To support a dynamic healthcare environment, the PRN Workers Compensation Specialist will analyze event reports, administer post-injury management programs, and provide training on protocols, all while working remotely with occasional onsite meetings in the Chicago area.
Key responsibilities
- Administer post-injury management programs, including return-to-work policies and monitoring compliance
- Analyze event reports to identify trends and advocate for injured associates throughout the medical management process

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of related experience preferred
- Experience in hospital-based workers' compensation or hospital occupational health preferred
