Job Summary
Supporting regulatory compliance initiatives, the full-time remote Workers' Compensation Specialist will manage filings, monitor legislative developments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and operational efficiency of Workers' Compensation products.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage Workers' Compensation regulatory filings and ensure compliance with state-specific requirements
- Monitor bureau updates and coordinate the implementation of changes affecting Workers' Compensation products
- Collaborate with internal teams to support product development, system enhancements, and regulatory initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in Commercial Workers' Compensation, Product Development, or Regulatory Compliance
- Working knowledge of NCCI manuals, bureau processes, and state regulatory requirements
- Experience using SERFF and state insurance department filing systems
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Experience supporting multi-state commercial lines insurance products
