Workers' Compensation Supervisor

Job Summary

Providing day-to-day leadership and operational support, the full-time remote Workers' Compensation Supervisor will manage a team responsible for investigating and coordinating Workers' Compensation insurance benefits while ensuring performance, quality, and client service standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support team members to foster a collaborative work environment
• Supervise the team to ensure accurate and efficient completion of work within service level expectations
• Resolve complex accounts and perform quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with company standards

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• One (1) year or more of supervisory or team leadership experience
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Workers' Compensation or related healthcare reimbursement fields
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Knowledge of medical billing and insurance claims processing, specifically in Workers' Compensation
