Job Summary
Interpreting and analyzing complex employee data transactions, the full-time remote Workforce Administration Analyst will ensure data integrity through audits and validation, while collaborating with HR and other stakeholders to provide guidance on compliance and best practices.
Key responsibilities
- Interpret and analyze HR requests to determine appropriate actions and maintain historical accuracy
- Conduct proactive audits and reconciliations to ensure data integrity across HR systems
- Advise HR staff and managers on Workday processes, translating complex workflows into actionable guidance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field required; experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree
- 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources required
- Proficiency with Workday or comparable HCM systems and MS Office Suite
- Demonstrated expertise in maintaining data integrity and compliance across HR systems
- Ability to work independently and apply sound judgment to resolve non-routine issues
