Job Summary
Driving the active adoption of AI-powered capabilities, the full-time remote Agentic Workforce Adoption Manager will facilitate customer transitions from manual workflows to autonomous solutions, ensuring measurable business outcomes and enhancing retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the transition of customer workflows to AI agent-based execution across assigned accounts
- Shorten customer time-to-first-agent and accelerate time-to-value for sustained success
- Structure and deliver high-quality discovery sessions, adoption workshops, and value realization reviews
Required Qualifications
- 4-6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, Consulting, or relevant SaaS customer-facing roles
- Proven experience working directly with B2B SaaS customers in post-sale environments
- Demonstrated track record of driving software product adoption and influencing user behavior change
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and customer enablement skills
