Workforce AI Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Workforce AI Solutions Engineer will partner with business stakeholders to identify, design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions using various workforce AI platforms, while managing a queue of solution requests and overseeing their technical design and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate delivery activities for AI solution requests, ensuring proper work allocation and issue resolution
- Design and implement AI-enabled workflows and integrations that enhance productivity and simplify business processes
- Build and maintain custom AI agents and workflows, ensuring secure connections with enterprise data sources and compliance with governance standards
Required Qualifications
- Experience in solution architecture, software engineering, or application integration
- Hands-on experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT Enterprise
- Proficiency in working with APIs, SDKs, and automation technologies
- Knowledge of enterprise authentication and secure integration patterns
- Ability to develop solutions using both low-code and pro-code approaches
