Workforce Analyst
Job Summary
To support operational efficiency, the full-time Workforce Analyst will manage workforce planning, real-time operational support, and reporting for the RxCompass and Variable Copay teams while working onsite in Dallas, TX.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain short- and long-range workload forecasts and staffing models for operations
- Monitor daily performance metrics and recommend adjustments to schedules and staffing as needed
- Develop and distribute workforce, productivity, and performance reports, providing actionable insights
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in healthcare, business, analytics, operations, or technology
- Two years of experience in workforce management, reporting, analytics, or operations support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and report preparation
- Experience identifying performance trends and operational risks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
