Workforce Analytics Consultant
Job Summary
Responsible for the development and delivery of workforce analytics, the full-time Workforce Analytics Consultant will create scorecards, dashboards, and reports to support human capital management decisions while working remotely during core business hours, Monday through Friday.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver workforce analytics and reporting tools to aid in workforce planning and decision-making
- Provide real-time and forecasted data to influence business outcomes and drive strategic initiatives
- Utilize creativity and analytical skills to analyze data and present insights effectively
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum three years of experience in an analytical role
- Experience with data analysis, data visualization, forecasting, and modeling
- Proficiency in SQL or a similar programming language preferred
- One year of experience with Workday Adaptive is preferred
