Workforce Analytics Consultant
Job Summary
Responsible for developing and delivering workforce analytics, the full-time Workforce Analytics Consultant will create scorecards, dashboards, and reports to support human capital management decisions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver workforce analytics, scorecards, and dashboards to assist in decision-making regarding human capital management
- Provide real-time and forecasted data to support workforce planning and influence business outcomes
- Utilize creativity and analytical skills to enhance the effectiveness of workforce data solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of three years' experience in an analytical role
- Experience with data analysis, data visualization, forecasting, and modeling
- Proficiency in SQL or a similar programming language preferred
- One year of experience in Workday Adaptive is preferred
