Workforce Business Partner
Job Summary
To support business priorities, the full-time remote Workforce and Operations Business Partner will build relationships with senior leaders, translate operational challenges into workforce strategies, and lead organizational design efforts across Operations, Finance, and Technology.
Key responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and engage in business decisions to shape the Workforce & Performance agenda
- Lead workforce planning and design, ensuring accountability and governance in new work models
- Drive talent and performance discussions, identifying barriers and providing solutions for organizational effectiveness
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in HR business partnership, workforce strategy, or organization design
- Proven ability to partner with senior leaders in complex business environments
- Experience with significant organizational change and technology adoption
- Strong business acumen and ability to use data for informed decision-making
- Experience in leading or developing teams with strong influence and executive communication skills
