Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a Business Partnership or advisory role
- Experience in fast-paced, matrixed, or multinational environments
- Strong understanding of performance management, people relations, and workforce planning
- Proven ability to utilize HR data and analytics for informed decision-making
