Job Summary
Partnering with business leaders, the full-time Workforce Business Partner will drive the alignment of people strategy with business priorities, focusing on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate organizational goals into actionable people plans that enhance capability, performance, and retention
- Lead discussions on workforce planning and organizational design to ensure appropriate structure and talent alignment
- Coach leaders on talent strategy and performance management to strengthen team culture and leadership effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a Business Partnership or advisory role
- Experience in fast-paced, matrixed, or multinational environments
- Strong understanding of core HR functions including performance management and workforce planning
- Ability to utilize HR data and analytics for decision-making
