Partnering with business leaders, the full-time Workforce Business Partner will drive the alignment of people strategy with business priorities, focusing on performance enablement, workforce planning, and leadership effectiveness in a remote role.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead workforce planning and organizational design discussions to ensure optimal structure and talent alignment

Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a Business Partnership or advisory role
- Experience in fast-paced, matrixed, or multinational environments
- Strong understanding of core HR functions such as performance management and workforce planning
- Proven ability to leverage HR data and analytics for informed decision-making
