Workforce Capability Lead
Job Summary
Partnering with business leaders, the full-time remote Workforce Capability Lead will design, implement, and continuously improve systems that enhance the capabilities of frontline employees and leaders through strategic collaboration and data-driven insights.
Key responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of workforce-capability programs from discovery through to sustainment and retrospective analysis
- Diagnose performance and readiness needs, translating business strategy and stakeholder insights into measurable outcomes and learning plans
- Align cross-functional partners on priorities, scope, and delivery expectations while communicating progress and recommendations to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Enablement, Learning & Development, or performance consulting
- Demonstrated experience in building system-level Enablement programming through all stages of the process
- Experience using quantitative and qualitative evidence to diagnose performance needs
- Strong stakeholder management and executive-ready storytelling skills
- Operational knowledge of adult learning principles and performance-support strategies
