Workforce Capability Lead

Job Summary

As a Workforce Capability Lead, this full-time remote position will manage complex, cross-functional programs aimed at enhancing the performance and readiness of frontline employees and leaders by translating performance needs into effective learning solutions and measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and facilitate high-priority learning experiences using e-learning authoring platforms and AI tools
• Manage a broad program portfolio that includes learning, practice, performance support, and measurement
• Align with various partners to communicate progress, risks, and results while supporting the design of system-level Enablement architecture

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Enablement, Learning & Development, or program management
• Demonstrated experience in building system-level Enablement programming from discovery to measurement
• Experience using quantitative and qualitative evidence to diagnose performance needs
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with executives
• Operational knowledge of adult learning principles and experience with AI-enabled tools for designing scalable solutions
