Job Summary
To enhance workforce development initiatives, the full-time remote Sr. Manager, Workforce Capability Strategy will manage strategic research, external benchmarking, and cross-functional project leadership to identify and implement capabilities and learning investments that align with future business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and advance enterprise strategies to strengthen workforce capability and readiness for future business needs
- Conduct external benchmarking and strategic research to assess workforce capability trends and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Lead high-priority workforce development initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategy, workforce development, or organizational development
- Experience in a large, complex, matrixed organization
- Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives
- Strong knowledge of future workforce trends and skills-based organizations
