Workforce Compliance Consultant

Job Summary

Providing expert guidance on complex employee matters, the full-time Workforce Compliance Consultant will advise key stakeholders on compliance issues, manage sensitive workforce concerns, and collaborate with various teams to enhance organizational policies and processes in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Advise corporate and field leaders on complex employee issues and compliance-related topics
• Proactively manage compliance issues and support the resolution of sensitive workforce matters
• Identify training opportunities and process improvements while maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, legal studies, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in employee relations, ethics, compliance, or a related field
• Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws and compliance programs
• Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage sensitive information discreetly
