To enhance workforce capabilities, the full-time remote Workforce Development Manager will identify workforce gaps, design and implement development programs, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
Key responsibilities:
- Contribute to a strategic workforce plan through forecasting, gap analysis, and monitoring progress
- Design and evaluate workforce development programs, including internships and educational partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and community organizations to create pathways into the workforce
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare, or a related field
- Four or more years of workforce recruitment, development, or strategy experience in the healthcare industry
- Experience leading teams and building workforce development programs
