Job Summary
Leading a multi-million-dollar portfolio of workforce development programs, the full-time Workforce Development Program Director will manage operations, provide strategic direction, and ensure compliance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the management and operational success of workforce projects, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality deliverables
- Provide technical leadership and direction for workforce development initiatives, including apprenticeships and justice/reentry projects
- Lead business development efforts to expand the workforce development portfolio and identify funding opportunities
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as Economic Development, Education, or Public Affairs
- 15+ years of relevant experience in project management, including 8 years in a leadership role

- Knowledge of business development processes for government and private sector funding
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and project management tools
