Workforce IAM Engineer

Job Summary

Proactive and self-directed, the full-time remote Workforce IAM Engineer will design, build, and maintain persona-based access roles and policies while administering enterprise password management and hardware security key platforms to ensure secure identity access across cloud and hybrid environments.

Key responsibilities

• Build, test, deploy, and maintain RBAC roles and access policies as new applications are added
• Administer the enterprise password management platform and support hardware security key lifecycle management
• Analyze authentication and access data to troubleshoot issues and support continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of IT engineering experience, including 1 year with an enterprise password management platform
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Okta
• Strong understanding of hardware security tokens and identity management concepts such as RBAC and SSO
• Scripting experience with PowerShell or Python, ideally including automation through Microsoft Graph API
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure, and familiarity with privileged access management platforms
