Job Summary
Leading the development of workforce intelligence, the full-time salaried Workforce Insights & Strategy Program Director will transform workforce data and labor market trends into strategic insights and talent investment recommendations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Builds and matures workforce intelligence capabilities by analyzing trends and integrating internal and external data
- Develops forecasting and scenario-planning methodologies to assess workforce supply and demand across critical roles and functions
- Creates executive-ready insights and recommendations while partnering with various organizational leaders to align workforce strategies with business priorities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in workforce planning, analytics, or HR strategy
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex workforce data and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Workday, Power BI, or SQL
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
