To optimize workforce planning and operations, the full-time remote Workforce Management Manager will oversee scheduling, monitor daily capacity health, and drive real-time operational adjustments to ensure service levels are met.
Key responsibilities
- Own scheduling and capacity for teams, ensuring appropriate staff supply to meet member demand
- Oversee daily capacity health by reviewing supply and demand, making real-time adjustments as needed
- Lead capacity planning and oversight, tracking staffing against plans and collaborating with Operations and Finance on hiring decisions
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in workforce management, operations, or a related analytical role
- Proficiency in operational systems and analytics, with strong Google Sheets skills; SQL experience is a plus
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment with a transparent and adaptable mindset
- Demonstrated ability to build sustainable systems and processes
- Collaborative approach with strong relationship-building skills across teams
