Workforce Planning Manager
Job Summary
Leading the enterprise workforce demand and capacity planning process, the full-time salaried Workforce Planning Manager will ensure the organization has the right labor capacity, skill mix, and geographic coverage to meet operational and financial objectives while collaborating with various departments to translate workforce needs into actionable solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain workforce demand and capacity forecasts by analyzing service-call volumes and business drivers
- Identify workforce shortages and skill mismatches, partnering with Operations to implement corrective actions
- Create and manage enterprise workforce dashboards and performance reporting for executive leadership
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce planning or related fields
- Proven ability to build demand forecasts and capacity plans in a multi-location environment
- Strong understanding of labor productivity, scheduling, and workforce forecasting
- Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with BI and workforce analytics tools preferred
