Workforce Transformation Consultant

Job Summary

Owning end-to-end workforce transformation engagements, the full-time Workforce Transformation Consultant will diagnose workforce needs, build transformation plans, and drive execution for enterprise customers in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full transformation lifecycle, from workforce assessment to capability pathways and measurement
• Run multiple concurrent engagements, ranging from short-cycle assessments to deep embedded transformations
• Design human-agent collaboration models and assess workflows to determine appropriate automation levels

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in leading workforce or organizational transformation in technology adoption
• Proven ability to influence C-suite or VP-level sponsors during technology adoption processes
• Hands-on experience in transformation roles, particularly in data or engineering contexts
• Strong understanding of change management principles and internal champion development
• Familiarity with data and AI platforms and their enterprise adoption challenges
