Job Summary
Seeking a skilled Workfront Planning Specialist for a temporary project-based contract, this role will work remotely to build and connect a planning structure for over 400 active projects, ensuring clear visibility for leadership on campaign statuses.
Key responsibilities
- Build the hierarchy in Workfront Planning to connect individual projects to programs and campaigns
- Map and integrate 400+ active projects into the new structure for accurate rollup
- Design dashboards for leadership to track campaign status and lead working sessions for team alignment
Required qualifications
- Deep hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront, including backend configuration and administration
- Direct experience with Workfront Planning or similar large-scale project mapping
- Proven track record of building connected project structures across multiple teams
- Strong workflow and process mapping skills
- Ability to communicate technical setups in plain language to non-technical users
